I found the most beautiful dolce & gabanna glasses in Melbourne whilst on holidays there.
I wanted to buy them then and there, but I was too poor from my holiday! So instead, I bought them online from OPSM.com.au when I got home.
They arrived within 5 days of ordering them, and were packaged so beautifully in a lovely aqua-blue box, they looked as if they came from Tiffany's or something.
But the best thing: I had tried to take advantage of a 15% off sale OPSM was having, but the code had malfunctioned, or I'd entered the code wrong, or something. I called the online service number when I got the receipt and saw that I had paid full price, and the lovely woman who answered was happy to sort out the problem and ensure I received my discount. WOW!
Compared with some other online shopping experiences I've had lately, this was a dream. The shipping was quick, the item was perfect, and the support team were amazing.
