I ordered a skin care product that I couldn't find elsewhere any longer, the price is always cheaper than regular pharmacies and the delivery came within 4 days. I will always return to Chemist Direct.
This was my first time ordering from Chemist Direct. I purchased 2 tubs of Celebrity Slim Rapid Shakes and a feminine wash. My total came to $65.40 which is around $10 cheaper than if I had purchased instore. Shipping was $7.95 so total came to $73.35
I was very happy that I was also able to choose 5 samples although I would've preferred shipping.
The package came packed with foam in a cardboard box and took around a week to arrive, longer than expected.
I am happy with the products I received and would only order again if they have free shipping. Currently they have free shipping for purchases over $149.
I like to purchase my vitamins on Chemist Direct because the prices are much lower. I ordered two bottles of vitamins. On this occasion my order arrived in 2 days , I was most impressed.
I am a regular shopper and needed to stock up on my usual vitamins, I am so familiar with the website that it only takes me a few minutes to add items to cart and checkout. For some reason when I placed order the suburb field held on to the incorrect town but had my correct street address. I emailed the following day once I had noticed but item was already in transit, it was returned undeliverable and the item was resent again. The customer service experience is great and the prices are always lower than comparable websites.
Chemist Direct is consistently reliable with their service, prices and shipping. I ordered toiletries and they were delivered in 2 business days. The prices are great and it is a great online shopping experience.
I needed to top up on Skin care products and as I regularly shop at Chemist direct, it was no surprise to find the prices of my regular brands lower. The order process is straightforward and goods were received in 3 business days. I highly recommend Chemist Direct.
