Bad service - will never shop with pharmacy direct again
I received my first order from pharmacydirect.com.au on Monday and realized that they had made a mistake with the order. There was one item that I ordered missing from the parcel and there was one item that I did not order [nor did I want] in the parcel. From Monday through to Friday that week I emailed them every day, once a day for the whole week. In the emails I said that I wanted to return the item that I didn't order and get a refund on the missing item. I didn't have the credit on my phone to ring them about it. No one at all from pharmecydirect.com.au responded to any of my emails, no one emailed me back or rang me - at all! They don't seem to care about their customers and I certainly wont be buying anything from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. So now I am left with having paid for an item I didn't get and I have an item I didn't order and don't want, and no refund! I never normally write reviews online but I was so annoyed by this I had to.
Today I finally received an email from pharmacy direct addressing the issue in my previous review. They apologized for the delay in responding to my emails. They told me that the item in my parcel that I didn't order was to replace the item that was missing from my order, as the missing item has been discontinued. They apologized for not contacting me about it. They told me that I could send the item I didn't order back to them if I didn't want it and IF they could resell it I would get a refund.

It's good to finally get a response from them, but maybe they should have got in touch with me before they started adding things to my parcel that I didn't order. They said if they could resell it I would get a refund - I don't think the refund should depend on whether or not they can resell it when it was their mistake not mine. Afterall, they decided to put it in my parcel without contacting me to ask if I even wanted it. I should automatically get a refund.

totally agree - I've had one bad experience with them too (and its not over) - I will NEVER buy from these clowns again!
