Have bought a few pairs of jeans from here. One pair just did not fit at all even though the sizing was right. i jumped on their online chat and had organised the return within 10 minutes. great online shop. will definitely buy from there again. I know they have stores around sydney, but seriously their website is so easy there's no need!
