I placed an order for some vitamins from Sporty's Health, as I do from time to time when I need to stock up.
They didn't have the quantity of items I had ordered in stock so they called me the following morning to see if I would like to wait for them to get them in or if I would just them just to send the quantity that they had in stock. They were genuinely very concerned that I might run out and were very keen to get my order to me as quickly as possible.
I really wasn't so fussed so I waited until they got the extras in stock. They were then kind enough to send the parcel to me express post.
The parcel was crazily well packed, as I have come to expect from Sporty's and everything arrived safely.
Sporty's are great, their customer service especially, is outstanding.
