Bought 3 items from the site on Monday, waited over a week for the shipping confirmation email. Havent heard any thing from the seller till the 9th day, I've decided to ring up. I've then been told one of the items was out of stock, they wont getting it in till early November! The customer service claimed that I should have received a email regarding the stock outage, obviously I havent, and the online shopping account should been updated with the information. I've swapped the item at the end and asked for immediate shipping.
Glad that the customer service was nice when I rang up and able to assist me quickly to resolve the problem. But still not happy that I have waited two weeks and need to find out myself for the stock outage. They should really improve the system and make the whole process more smoother.
