Item purchased: 2 jumpers (Classic Vee and Striped Zip neck) I found the website very easy to use. Description of each item was very clear. Plenty of styles and colours to select from. Website will also show you stock availability of the colours and sizes you want. Shipping took about a week (including weekends). Package arrived undamaged. The product met my expectations. Apart from the order confirmation email, there were no other emails to notify me of the progress of delivery/location of parcel. Still a good website and experience.
I ordered a sweater for my friends birthday, although it came a few weeks later than expected it was really good quality for the pricing (Where else can you get a cashmere merino mix sweater for $35?). When it came late i thought it may have gotten lost in the mail (there is a set amount of time it can be late before being classified as missing) so i contacted the customer service through live chat on their website and they replied speedily and i was contacted by one of their lost parcel people within a day. They apologised and offered to send a new one. Very impressed with service and quality and will be ordering from here again!
