I placed an urgent order for X500 A5 colour double sided flyer to print via the online website as I was advised by the staff member at the branch that it would be quicker online and cheaper.
I placed an order the same day and the website stated that it would be delivered within 2 - 3 business days.
A week later my order was no where to be found on the system, I was not able to use it for my show casing event that weekend.
No one could tell me where my order went or what the status was, I received phone call from the head office, however there was still no sign of my order 2 weeks later.
I made a complaint via email to request for a refund.
They refunded me the full amount.
I don't think I will use their online printing again. Vista Print is more quick and reliable.
Ordered a fax machine on Monday on 14 March for over night delivery. Its now Friday 18 March and still not delivered. Six phone calls and no reason for the delay except "item deemed undeliverable".
I am still no closer to finding out where it is as of lunch time Friday.I recommend you do not purchase on line from this company. Any attempt to contact the company goes through a call centre and we all know how that works.
