So I've shopped at Supre HEAPS, and I've never been disappointed with them. This round, I bought two pairs of stirrup leggings, and was extremely happy with the quality and the size. Still wish they weren't $18 a pair when Cotton On has them going for somewhere between $10-$15, but I suppose Cotton On doesn't have stirrups and isn't as figure-hugging, so I'm paying for customized comfort. These were the third and fourth pair I was purchasing, so I clearly consider it worth it I guess. One thing I love about Supre is their $8.50 flat rate for shipping, no matter how many products you buy and how big the parcel is. I've bought way more than this and still only got charged $8.50. If you're buying something under $10 like a headband, of course, I suggest you go to a store, because there is no point paying more for shipping than for the actual product itself, but I ordered $36 worth of product, so it was a worthy investment for me. My order arrived within 7 business days, as my Supre parcels always do, and it was nicely packaged, the brand new products nicely folded and still put into one of the trademark cloth Supre bags you get in stores, which I thought was a nice gift for me as a customer to receive, even though I made the purchase online. They ALWAYS include a bag and make sure they package the product properly so that it's protected and has no chance of being damaged. I'm a faithful customer because they've upheld all this!
I've always loved supre stores and on one lazy day, I decided to order it online. My order included a fitted bandeau, long singlet, malibu high waist skirt, butterfly printed dress, twist strappy singlet and faux leather corset. This came up to $53.00 plus $8.50 shipping. I frequently use posting services so I know the price is reasonable, but most online boutique offers free shipping. They also have a few items that is exclusive to online purchases.
The items were dispatched within one business day and it arrived the next day. It came with the distinctive supre bag. I love collecting their bags as they often have different patterns, this particular one is black and green, exclusive to online orders.
Supre really knows how to make their customers feel special !
I had a gift card to use, so I figured I would shop online as I was quite busy. I purchased a pair of "Coloured Ankle Jeans" in Ruby for $35, with the basic flat rate shipping at $8.50. At checkout, there was also an additional fee of $3.95 due to GST.
Shipping was pretty quick, as it was delivered the following Monday. The pants were of decent quality, as you can't expect too much from stores like Supre. However, I had to exchange them for a smaller size which turned out to be a huge hassle.
After visiting my closest store, the girls working there told me they believed that I could only exchange items purchased from the website by posting the item with some form. I paid the postage fees for both the item to go over and for the item to come back, so the pants were over fifty dollars instead. They do however have a generous 100-day exchange policy and I received an exchange without a hitch.
Unless you are certain of sizing and going to a physical store is too much of a hassle, I wouldn't shop online from here.
