In a bid to keep eStoreReview pg and kiddie friendly, I will not state the exact products purchased as they all are quite explicit (toys, lubricants & lingere.) What I will tell you is this: 8 different products, a total of just over $160, shipping was $9.95, order received within 5 working days and we are VERY happy customers!

My emails were responded to promptly, but you can also call them direct and they were so polite and helpful. Would give them 6 stars out of 5 !!
A group of us made a large order for a hens night (balloons, wands, games, head pieces etc..) and were over the moon with the speedy delivery, packing, and overall discretion. We weren't ashamed of anything we had bought, as it was all in good fun, however it would've been rather uncomfortable to have to go to the PO and pick up a bright pink box plastered with "Wild Secrets" all over the outside, haha! None of that, plain white box, no company name on the label - great.
I enjoyed browsing the site and although I had initially gone on the site looking for something specific (a waterproof vibrator, which I found and bought!) I ended up with more in my shopping cart because there was so much more I wanted!
I paid for express postage ($3 extra - 1-3 days delivery) and my goodies arrived at 4:30 on the 3rd day. They were poorly packed and it took me some time to figure some of then out because of confusing instructions. I am, however, quite pleased with the products!
Placed an order but never received. Australia Post didn't put the card in my secure mailbox, they put it under the front door of my apartment block. Someone picked up the card and convinced Auspost to hand it over.
After more than a dozen calls and emails I have now given up. Wild Secrets have taken no responsibility for their supplier not delivering. They should be making an insurance claim and refunding me, or redelivering the goods I ordered but they really couldn't care less.
If you order through this merchant DO NOT USE BPAY. Use a credit card so you can claim back if they don't deliver. 2 months after my order I have no goods, no resolution and am $160 worse off.
