I ordered a playsuit, blazer and top from here and wasn't happy with the playsuit or blazer so I sent them back for a refund. It was processed smoothly and quickly.
Would have loved to be reimbursed for shipping but oh well, at least I didn't have to email them about it because the money was back in my account within a few days.
The site is easy to navigate though I feel the images look better than some of the clothing, not everything is modeled so you can't really tell how it will look on you. They're cheap but you get what you pay for.
