I always shop here, I rather shop here online as they have more variety online rather than instore for some odd reason. There are more sizes and colours online compared to instore.
Once you've put an order in, it'll be placed within 24 hours and shipped to you the next day. I usually don't wait that long for my order, it takes within a week for my order to come.
They are really organised, they will email a notification if your payment has gone through successfully or not. If your payment has gone through they will send you an order confirmation with the things you have purchased and price than a last email telling you they've shipped your item with a guest tracking on your Ally Fashion account.
They're service is great, they'll reply to you within 24-48 hours or if you're lucky, within a couple hours. Like every other store, you can exchange and return with the receipt at any store however, you cannot get your money back but you'll receive a store credit.
