After trying some jackets on a favourite website (won't name them out of politeness) and sending them all back, I looked further afield.
I found minkpink's under it all anorak on GlueStore and ordered it in a 12.
It's a decent jacket for winter and I'm happy with it. I think I might like it more if I was a different body type. The good thing is that I have found a lot of anoraks to be quite puffy and annoying, and can make you look fatter than you are, but this one has a good silhouette.

It is annoying that they don't do free return postage, but I'm happy enough with my purchase that I don't have to deal with that this time!

So I browsed the user friendly website by Size catergory and ordered the following:

Items received via post in a few days, items were perfect, fitted well except for the watch strap was in the wrong band colour so I took it back to the shop and they were happy to refund me the amount without hassle.
Will purchase from again, easy transaction and ordering.
Ordered a maxi skirt off their online store, received it that week only for it to be a playsuit - not a maxi skirt. Rang the company up and was offered free return shipping and was told the maxi skirt is being sent out via express post and will be with me in 1-2 business days. Four business days later and nothing had arrived. Rang the company up only to get an incompetent worker who constantly lied to me all day about ringing me back and saying she had rang the lady who made the order and that the original lady will call me tomorrow morning with a tracking number as no notes had been left on my order about there being another skirt shipped out.
Rang the company the next morning and the original girl had never received any calls from the lady yesterday (clearly lied to me) then proceeds to tell me that the skirt was never shipped out last week at all. No one bothered to ring me and tell me this and explain to me why.
Says she now has a skirt there and will express ship it and says it will arrive tomorrow, which i need it for tomorrow night.
This was such a waste of my time. Worst customer service i have ever had. I have never had so much hassle from ordering something online. The staff are incompetent liars and I cant believe this is how they think a business should be run. I would be embarrassed.
I get regular mails from glue store to notify of up coming sales. Frist one was 50% off and i waited for the second mail for further 25% sale.
I accessed the website to see what was available, the website has changed to a better user friendly site, it now has sale items in size catergories for example S, M and L, so it was much quicker to browse whats available in your size rather than viewing an item and then realising your size is not available.

This was a bargain, cheap afforable and free postage. Items were arrived by Monday morning! Quality always good and if anything they exchange and refund on full priced and sale items.

The items received were as seen online, postage handling was good, items were individually wrapped in plastic clear packs.
I was happy with the items received however, these were bought for my siblings and they didn't really like it.
So I decided to go to the store instead of shipping it back as it will or may take too long.
I went to the world square Glue store where they had helped me out, they provided me with a refund and I didn't experience any hassle, it was quick and easy.
I haven't had a bad experience with glue online store. I would buy from again.
