I love ASOS - it has a category called "petite" which is perfect for me because I'm very small. It allows the latest fashion in my closet with great discounts! I purchased 6 summer jumpsuits/playsuits and a month prior to this, I bought my boyfriend a CK wallet. We both loved our products and it arrived before the estimated delivery time which was a LOVE! The pricing was around 40-60% off which is a BARGAIN!! Shipping took just around a week. :) There is a "express shipping" which allows the product to arrive in 3 working days and I have tried this and it is perfect if you need a dress/outfit by a certain date for last minute shopping. I bought a tartan skater dress from ASOS last year. The quality wasn't great and the dress was somewhat lopsided. It was also somewhat small for a standard size. However, once I had made the customer service department aware of the problem, they offered me a full refund, without me even having to muck around sending the dress back! I was very impressed and may shop there again.

Shipping: Shipping is free for customers in Australia. It is quick and efficient. The only issue I encountered was their promotion indicating orders above 125$ received free express delivery. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional codes.
Pricing: Reasonable. Generally I shop in the Sales section where clothing is most affordable.
Warranty: I had an issue with one product which they requested I sent back (postage paid by them), and they delivered a new product before I had even notified them of resending my faulty product.
You must be careful with colours displayed on the website as they may differ and sizes vary. Even sizes of the same brand differ slightly.
I bought a winter coat and 3 pairs of trousers for $140.60. They came in two bundles of postage which arrived on the same day about 1-1.5 weeks later. The quality of the clothes isn't the best but they are cheap so you get what you pay for. Postage is free and is reasonably quick and they accept returns.
Awesome site, great sales as always. When my order was confirmed, it is stated clearly when the order is expected to be delivered. My order was expected within 10 days and it was delivered so. The only thing is that returns aren't as convenient as it is for ASOS uk. But all in all, very reliable online retailer.
When I first encountered ASOS, I was surprised at its huge variety of goods on offer at impressively low prices. I purchased some swimmers, a skirt and a backpack. Although I saved almost twenty dollars because of the sales, the delivery was a little late (it took around 2 weeks) and I wasn't as impressed of the actual quality of the clothes themselves.
