I bought 2 DVDs (Courageous and Fireproof) on 1 September 2012 and they arrived on 5 September 2012 in tact, with an invoice and a thank you note. That's what I like - good, quick and efficient online products and service (the DVDs perfectly too).
Customer Service: Soon after ordering this DVD, I received an email saying they didn't have any in stock and it had stopped being produced. They were great, offering a complete refund and many apologies.
Notes: Overall offers quite cheap DVDs etc and customer service is fantastic! Would definitely shop there again!
