Ordered a jacket with hood in preparation for the winter chill. As my order was over $40, i received free delivery.
My order was confirmed on the same day of purchase and an email was sent the next day stating that my item had been shipped. It only took 5 days for my item to arrive.
The jacket was thick and definitely warm, so can say im happy with my purchase, as well as the quick shipping times.
Am happy to recommend Asos and will continue to purchase from them.
ASOS is a popular clothing store. I bought 3 items (2 swimwear and bag). They arrived around 2 weeks later with everything individually wrapped and in a sturdy cardboard box. All items looked like the picture on the site.
I love shopping at ASOS! It is definitely my go-to online store for clothes, bags and jewellery. I have shopped on ASOS a number of times and had really good experiences so far. Of course there have been times where I have returned item because it didn't fit etc but generally I'm quite satisfied with the items (especially price wise). I really like the black and white layout and it's quite easy to navigate. They have a lot of sale items as well which is also good. And what's not to like about free shipping?? :) (Sometimes shipping can take around 2-3 weeks, but I guess that's what happens when they come from the UK)
On this particular order I ordered an ASOS watch which I love and wear very often!
Only downside is that you have to pay the returns postage yourself. It used to be free returns when you had to return it to the UK but now that they have an Aussie presence they no longer have free returns :((
I bought a TFNC Antique Style Bead Embellished Layered Dress - Cream / S via ASOS for $15 with standard delivery. I was upgraded to the express delivery w/o extra cost and received the dress in 3 days. Unfortunately, the size does not fit as I expected and gave it to friend as a gift instead.
ASOS is a UK based store. I Ordered a pair of trousers, it was dispatched the next day and arrived within a week! Shipping is free and sent with tracking so you know exactly where your parcel is.
Unfortunately the trousers were too big so I had to send it back for a refund. Unfortunately returning items is at your own cost. Fortunately they have an Australian based returns address so posting the trousers back cost about $9.
ASOS processed my refund immediately upon receipt of the returned items.
This is my first time purchasing from ASOS and I'm a satisfied customer!
I ordered a leather satchel bag for a discounted price and further 10% student discount. I placed an order on Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday morning which I consider really fast for a free delivery and the bag was shipped directly from UK.
The order process is fast and painless! I would definitely make a purchase through ASOS in the future!
I'm pretty sure a lot of people are avoiding online shopping, because they are afraid the clothes wouldn't fit as well as if they are buying it in physical stores.
ASOS realize this problem so they have return policy which allows us to send back the item in original condition.
Besides this additional service, everything else is awesome the shipping is free, it's fast (took less than a week for me), and they have a lot of choices and sizes
So back then, I bought this shorts which did not fit, as I never returned anything that I bought online so I kinda kept it at my place for around a week or two, but then I read about ASOS's return policy so I decided to return the shorts that does not fit.
So all I need to do is pack the clothes that you want to return, place the return label (or if you don't have it anymore you can print it out from their website), and send it back
In less than a week, I saw they credited the money back in my account.
The only drawback with this feature is that the shipping back is quite expensive, but this should be okay as their warehouse is located in Australia (Sydney) so it won't cost you as much as if you want to return anything that you bought overseas.
So with this experience, I would say I am very happy with ASOS, their return policy and willing to shop there again
