I have decided to purchase an e-cigarette designed exclusively for women with rechargeable e-cig batteries. I purchased the starter kit online on the 14/03/2013 with two extra x5 pack of 0% nicotine flavour.
I thought that postage would take quite some time to arrive to Sydney as it was international from USA.
I received the item within a week, I was excited and opened the package to test it straight away.
I noticed that it tasted funny and not like pure 0% fruit flavour. I checked the pack, and it read 5% nicotine.
I went online the next day to consult an an online chat staff of the issue. I advised them that I was based in Sydney that posting the incorrect item back to USA would cost more than the x5 pack itself. I spoke to the supervisor and the company was happy to refund me the money or choice of a gift voucher for 25% off on next purchase. I chose the refund.
The product it self, is unique, and works great! I would buy again from Vapour Couture.
