Good prices and quality items. Inconvenient process for incomplete orders
Ordered a suit in preparation for the increasing number of weddings that were being organised. Delivery was free due to my order being over $40.

Received an order confirmation the same day after paying via Paypal, with my item being marked as shipped 2 days later.

My item arrived in 2 weeks later (probably due to the holiday break).

Unfortunately, it arrived without the stated suit bag, which they could not send separately. Their offered solution was to send the suit back and re-purchase the same suit (which was no longer in stock), which they would check that it included the suit bag, or to send the item back for a full refund.

As i was happy with the suit, i decided to keep it and forgo the suit bag, though i was a little disappointed with not receiving a complete order and the service offered.

Nevertheless, my past purchases with Asos have always been generally trouble free, so i would purchase from them again.

ASOS really is my favourite go-to online store for all clothing/accessories/footwear/beauty, everything is so much more affordable and the range is huge!

I ordered a pair of sandals which are so so comfortable on the 27th of October, they arrived on the morning of Halloween (31st of October) so that was very speedy, free shipping - very nice.

It was packaged nicely and I'm very happy with the quick service and the price I purchased at. Forever recommending this store, always reliable from my experiences.

Linen long blazer, loop waist belt
There was a good sale on ASOS.

I searched the website - it was a bit hard to shop because they have so many clothes - categories are very basic and needs breaking down.

I spent ages on the website. They have a lot of good stock but it just makes shopping a lot longer.

I placed an order on the following:
x1 Plain black loop waist belt $17 XS
x1 linen long black blazer size 6 $95
Total $112

Total paid $89.60

Item received - quality was less than expectation.

I was ok with the items. I thought the long blazer was abit dear for its pricing.

Packaging - ok

I ordered a few things from ASOS. I love it because I am a student and i got a 10% discount! Shipping was pretty fast came the week after which is good as it came from England. Love it definitely order again!

Worst Online Shop
I placed an order last evening successfully but 1 hour later, to my surprise, Asos email me stated that they unable to process my order and my order has been cancelled and to complete my future orders.I'll need to send them the following:

-A copy of your passport, ID card or driving licence.
-A copy of your payment card statement dated within the last three months, clearly showing your name and billing address. Please blank out your card number, but leave the last four digits visible.
-The delivery address and the name of the person who will sign for future orders. If this is a work address, please provide the company name.

I never meet such experience like this in other online shops before. It is really ridiculous.

I try to purchase once more last night and the status of my order until this morning is only "Received" , not "Order Processing". I try to ask Asos care so many times with no obvious answer.Finally, I cancel it and reorder the item for the third time!!
Guess what?? This time the status of my order still the same,only "Received" and after 3 hours, I got the same email from Asos stated that they unable to process my order and my order has been cancelled and to complete my future orders.I'll need to send them the following:

Placed 2 orders, both undelivered
Waited a month on first order and asked for a refund. No explanation given.

2nd order now approaching a month. Wrote customer service on failed order, they said all they can offer is an apology. I was told to wait 2 weeks and if not there contact them back. That leaves a paying customer another month with nothing to show for.

Posted a warning to future consumers on their Facebook page which was taken down immediately.

No accountability on ASOS for delivering purchased goods, and definitely no one there making things right.

If you have a problem, contact them, leave a review, and follow up with the Trading Standards Institute (BBB equivalent in the UK). http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/index.cfm

Worst Customer service ever
I recently purchased some school clothes from ASOS. I had recently moved so when I got to check out I updated my address. The next day I checked status on my package and saw that it was being shipped to my old address, I was very annoyed. I contacted ASOS by email because they don't have a call center and expressed my issue to them. Someone named Phil got back to me that same day and said that he would look into my issue and he asked me for my Order # and my address. The next day in the afternoon I noticed that Phil or anyone from ASOS customer service had still not contacted me back about the whereabouts of my package so I sent them a few emails back to back expressing my annoyance with this whole isse. Later on that day someone from there customer service name Sophie emailed back and said:

Hello Yanni,

Thanks for getting back in touch about the address change of your order ########

We're unable to amend the delivery address your order is being sent to. The parcel has been delivered to:
####################################

This was delivered on the 11th August at 13:55 to the concierge.

You can try to retrieve the parcel from the current delivery address or ask the person at the address to return it to ASOS.

If it's returned to us, a refund will then be issued and you'll receive an email to let you know.

If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through our website as normal as I'm unable to place your order for you, for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag.

I'm sorry that this probably wasn't the answer that you was hoping for Yanni. If there's anything else tat you need,please get back in touch I'll be happy to help.

I was frustrated because basically they where like I had to pay even more money to get my package on a error they made or put my trust in some strangers hands hoping that they will do the right thing and send my package back I could not believe it. I then responded and asked to speak with a manager but I got no reply back they totally stop responding to my emails.
