Big W were advertising a Toy sale and I have two godsons I needed to buy for. I hate battling crowds , so for this to be online was a treat. I got two great toys for a remarkably cheap price and delivery came within 2 weeks. I could also choose an option of Christmas delivery but chose to get them early. It was a pleasant ordering experience and a site I will try again in the future.
I purchased a 2GB iPod shuffle from their online store. It cost me $58 + $4 shipping, which I thought was pretty reasonable. It wasn't worth driving to my local store to save $4 and they let me pay via paypal which was extra convenient. The item arrived well packaged and without any damage. It would be good if they offered a free shipping option (even if it meant a minimum spend). Also a lot of the items on their site have very little or no descriptions beside them about what the item is/specs etc. It would be good if they filled out the content on their site a little bit more. I'd shop here again as long as the price was right.

Order a Sharp 24" Full HD LED 50Hz TV through them, and it was quickly notified that it was dispatched the next day. Item arrived 3 business day afterwards. Shipping cost was very reasonable at $7 for such a relatively medium to large sized item.
On the odd occasion, they offer some very good online only promotions, and include free delivery.
Site is easy to navigate, but some of the item descriptions could be a bit more thought out.
On the 24/01/2013 i ordered a 'Olympic Exercise Book 9"x7" 64 Page ' from Big W,Later that day i received notification that my order had shipped and from memory the item was delivered (to the post office mind you) within 10 days.
Shipping was free due to a promotion Big W were running at the time.
I ordered on a 10'' MSI tablet Monday,it was despatched the next day and by the end of the week it had arrived so couldn't be happier especially since it was 50% off with free delivery.
Real bargains can be had on Big W in the sale section. I recently bought some foldable chairs heavily discounted which also qualified for free shipping. Many of the items on the Big W site also have free shipping. Shipping was quick and the checkout process was simple.
