I went online on google to check where I could buy cheap sterling silver crucifix necklaces. Big W was one of the online stores that came up and knowing that they are a budget store, I checked it out. They had exactly what I was looking for in the appearance of the crucifix they had in stock. It was also at the right price. I made the purchase and I had to register my details as a new customer - personal information including shipping address. It was a very comprehensive website as I had a browse around for anymore products that I wanted to buy. In the end I just bought the crucifix. They had a delivery charge of under $10 and they stated on the confirmation purchase page that it would be delivered in 7-10 days. That was true as I received my order on the 10th day. I highly recommend this website for anything you could possibly want at a low price. In this case, the other websites did not even sell sterling silver crucifixes but Big W did. You'll be surprised at what you find in this store.
I placed an order through the Big W website for some stationery items and books that I had seen on sale. The sale was a great find and I found that I easily reached and exceeded the $40 total required for me to "click and collect" the order.
I received a text message 4 working days after placing the order informing me that they were experiencing some delays with click and collect orders. I wasn't at all fussed by the delay, but I was really pleased that they kept me informed.
I then received a text and confirmation e-mail 3 days after that, on a Saturday, to inform me that my order was ready to be collected.
When I went to the store, picking up the order was a really simple process and the parcel was very well packaged. Far better than I had expected for a store pick up.
I was really happy with the service I received from Big W and I found their "click and collect" service really simple to use. I would happily recommend it to others.
I placed this order after buying some books that were on sale on the Big W website and concluding that the sale was so good, I needed to go back for more by placing a second order the following day.
The order process was easy and I was able to pay for the order straight away using Paypal.
The order arrived in store a little under 2 weeks from the time I placed the order and as it was over $40, I was able to use their "click and collect" service.
The pick up process was simple, I just needed to show my ID at the layby counter to pick up the order. The order was really well packed with all the books surviving the trip well.
I am really happy with this purchase. I think Big W's click and collect service is really easy to use and a great alternative to paying for postage.
