Bonds had a 2 for 1 brief sale on and it was too good to pass up. The website was incredibly easy to browse and order from and the prices were great, especially with free shipping via AusPost Australia wide and free returns.
There were plenty of emails to update my on my order, including tracking and their products are extremely great quality. Note that the items come in a Bonds branded bag so it's pretty obvious what you just got in the mail if you're buying a gift for someone.
You and I used to be the best of friends. There was nowhere I would buy my smalls from but you. I loved your designs, and LOVED your high waisted knickers, because they stopped me from getting awful lines with my high waisted jeans.
But lately... your products are getting shoddy.
The last few orders of pants have fallen apart within 9 months (when they used to last almost 2 years!).
And this order... don't get me started!
I bought three sets of cute spacedyed leggings. When they arrived, they were nasty and sheer, when they were supposed to be opaque! And then, after I returned them, it took two days shy of a month for you to return my money. I called you up at the service centre to ask what had happened... and you were so rude... you didn't know where my order had gotten to and you didn't care to explain the process.
I felt like we weren't friends anymore bonds.
I'm not sure yours will be the only name on my knickers from now on...
