I ordered a bar fridge online which was a very simple and easy process. Delivery was seamless and within the expected timeframes. Delivery staff were really friendly. They unpacked the fridge (even plugged it in for me) and took the packaging away with them.

This was my second purchase from Appliances online. I purchased a 90L Westinghouse freestanding freezer. The whole process was hasslefree. I received an email after purchase which required me to ring the number and update my address which was incorrectly typed into the checkout. The customer service was great. Things happened as stated they would, I received a phone call from the delivery man advising time expected and then he called again when he was closer. The man unpacked and installed the freezer in the back of the house and took all the rubbish. item has standard warranty as per manufacture.
Purchased a vacuum cleaner, arrived the next day. Easy straightforward service. Delivery was free. You are able to calculate delivery based on your postcode at time of checkout. This is now my first website to check when shopping for appliances.

Appliances Online were recommended to me when I was looking for a new oven in a hurry. I had never heard of them, but as they had the best price, by far, for the oven I was after, I went with them.

After our washing machine tragically died with little warning I looked to Appliances Online for a replacement after having previously been very happy with them when I purchased a new oven.
The Appliances Online website had a great range of washing machines and after some research online and in Choice magazine I chose a new model and was happy with the price from Appliances Online.
The ordering process was simple and I was able to purchase the new machine with an advanced delivery date as we were having some work done to our laundry and it would not be ready for the new machine until the following week.
I received a call just after 8am on the morning of delivery informing me of the delivery window. As I was not able to be home for the delivery, I checked that my Mum would be able to accept delivery on my behalf and was told that would be no issue. The new machine was delivered in the last 30 minutes of the 2 hour delivery window and they took away the old washing machine without any issues.
I was again really pleased with Appliances Online and would happily buy from them again and recommend them to others.
We ordered a coffee machine and smart grinder whilst in London for delivery upon the day we returned to Australia. Delivery was prompt and preceded by a telephone call.
A fault in the machine and a call to Breville resulted in our taking the machine to two service centers for repair. This took a month and the fault was still not fixed. Breville requested the machine be returned to New South Wales for assessment and either repair or replacement. This would have taken up to a month.
An email to Appliances Online resulted in a replacement machine sent out the same day. They had contacted the service centers and also Breville on our behalf.
Their prompt and efficient service is a credit to them and provides customers with complete peace of mind.
