Once I heard Dotti had free delivery I was really really excited, because I love Dotti and sometimes I find their stores sale section to be a bit messy! So I quickly jumped online and found so many things that I love. There were many products that weren't available in store anymore but are still there online at very affordable prices. So with free shipping it was a win, win situation for me!! The shipping also took only 3 days, which was really fast :D I love that Dotti also allows you to return the products in store if you are not happy with them, so there's no fuss with sending them back! Everything that I bought I really really loved and I really love the trust that I can have with their online store!
I purchased Dotti's work pants and their White Peplum Top online! It was very easy to make the purchase and Dotti have a good range of clothing. Shipping was quick and my items arrived in 4 days, however, one of the items I received had a stain which I then returned. It was very easy for me to return the item, I visited the closest Dotti store to me and gave back the stained top and they immediately issued me a refund. Overall, it was a good experience except for the stained top!
I bought a Fur Collar Hooded Coat in sailor size 8. It was discounted 70% and I paid $9.95 in shipping, which is for delivering in the next working day. It took them 3 days to ship my order which is ok. It could have been a little quicker but still happy with the low price jacket for winter! I would definitely shop here again, dotti have a classy range of clothes to suit most girls. Definitely be a savvy shopper and find good deals online for the win!
I made this order during the 30% off sale items promotion which was for labour day I think, so I got some pretty good deals! It's always good to keep an eye out for quick and fast promotions on Dotti. Since there was a public holiday shipping took a bit longer than usual, however they did keep me in the know with emails about receiving my order and when they had shipped it! It's a good website to use because sometimes going in store in inconvenient and they don't have all the items in the right size... It's also good because if you want to exchange items you can always just take it to the store to refund, saving you the hassle of having to send things back!
I usually shop at their store instead of their online shop, I have my eye on their NYC studded bag for soooo long but it was in full price so I'm just waiting for their sales and the day have come. I have always love their clothes and style but I always have to wait till their promotion/sales.
Their shipping was pretty quick, my item came within 7 days with good condition. For standard postage within Australia is $8, Next day delivery is $10.
I like another thing about shop on their online shop is they have my size, they may have some clothes I like at their store but sometimes they're in smaller size.
I bought a pair of cut out boots from this site and I thought they would be by the brand Lipstik (a brand Dotti stocks) as they were named the exact same and looked alike however, they arrived and they were by the Dotti brand. Looks similar, maybe a bit pointier but definitely cheaper in price.
They arrived swiftly and packaged so nicely in a plastic bag in a bigger canvas bag with an adorable dotti.com.au print on it. However it was a bag with drawstrings and not handles so I'm not sure how useful this will be to me.
Shipping was $7.95 which pained me a little to pay though it wasn't that high and I'm impressed with the service and delivery. Shipping is free for orders over $50 but I decided not to spend too much money. The site was enjoyable to navigate and checkout was quick and simple. Overall, a pleasurable experience.
