I ordered a Samsung tablet on 1st October & paid immediately via PayPal. On 4th October, they advised "the product you ordered was returned to us from courier due to cannot pass the X-Ray scanning probably the Lithium battery issue. And when we process the re-ship, we find that the package is damaged and some scrathes on the surface of the item" and cancelled my order. It took 3 emails and an escalated Resolution case in PayPal to get my money refunded today (10th October). I find it strange that they have never faced an issue shipping items with lithium batteries before, considering the items listed for sale on their website. I was also peeved that it took so much effort to get my money back.
