Digital World International - Pathetic after sales service !
After purchasing a 18-135mm Canon lens from this store, I would rate my online store purchase with this seller as the worst online experience ever encountered.
• They do not reply to emails.
• If you have problems with any of their products, then there is no after sales service. Their after sales service is pathetic! They do not know how to communicate with their customers.
• The product that you buy may not necessarily be new. They sent my lens in a miscellaneous brown cardboard box and I still cannot be certain that it was new.
• There is no one ever there to answer calls on their customer service number. All you get is a recorded message and they never reply.
Yes, they are very cheap…………. but best of luck trying to get them to help if something goes wrong!
Most people who have given this seller a positive review have not had the misfortune to go back to sort out a problem with them……… You are on your own if you do!

Joshysnan would not shop at Digital World International (DWI Cameras) again.
DWI - will never go near them again
When the mobile phone I'd ordered finally arrived after about 3 weeks, the wrong (much cheaper) model number had been sent instead. There was no apology from DWI, simply a note to say if I wanted a refund to return it to a particular address, at my own expense, which I did.

After several weeks of continued promises to refund I eventually had to resort to a claim through Paypal, and even then they told paypal they had not received it. Fortunately I had an email from them mentioning that they had.
