Called to confirm a product was in stock. Ordered and paid immediately. A week later I followed them up to find out why I had not received the goods and they said they are now out of stock. Pathetic. Avoid this company.
I ordered thousands of dollars of IT equipment, and this company failed to act in a professional manner. Emailing them would seldom result in a reply, and phoning the company would result in being bounced from section to section with no resolution. All items did arrive eventually, but no tracking numbers or delivery dates were provided. One item was the wrong edition, and I am still waiting on the returns department to acknowledge this.
