Flawless Service. I was slightly skeptical as a first time buyer at DWI but they damn well proved me wrong.
Product was purchased on 30/06/2014 and was shipped on time. There was a 1-2 day delay due to June/July stock-take but this was CLEARLY outlined before I made my purchase.
HTC M8 and packaging were in perfect, brand new condition. Couldn't ask for more.
*Not sure about warranty service as I haven't had to use it. I can only judge on face value so hence N/A.

Great price and proper packaging
I was a little hesitant to use DWI at first, as I had a bad experience with online stores like Kogan. They did not package it right and the item came damaged with a damaged box and the service is appalling.
Then I came across DWI and the price was much better! So I thought, give this company a go.
Turned out to be a pleasant experience, package arrived quickly, packaged very well! and box was undamaged, and item was undamaged.
Will definitely shop again with DWI. Impressed. I'm a frequent online shopper, so it is a very pleasant surprise to find something go so smoothly. And a great price to boot!

Phone was out of stock but was delivered quite quickly from Hong Kong. Great product at a good price. Only negative point is that the power supply was not compatible with Australian sockets.

Make sure you look around before making an order I paid extra A$70-80 for D5200 Nikon SLR Digital Camera with twin zooms, 18-55mm VR II and 55-300mm from DWI. A$70-80 price different is quite a lot. it is true much cheaper than local store but still a bit expensive compare with other online stores. Dont rush be coll make you safe money (all instructions come with this store are in Chinese or Japanese)...

Delivery times were as described. Had concerns with the billing but this was sorted relatively promptly. Like the 14 day return guarantee.
Products were reasonably priced/definitely a site to have a look at. Think they may ship from hong kong, but that shouldn't affect things. Good to have it "australian" based still.
