Not new product
Thinking that new is new i bought this product. Well straight out of the box the item was scratced. Then complaining, i got fobbed off. 2 phones ive bought from your store, 2 dud ones. Never again as now your competitors will get my business.

First item was good. Next item, paid straight away, had no communication why item not sent.
Is it because not in stock? are they going to send a seconds item? I wouldnt expect this company to take responsibility for warranty despite the the promises

although they sold me a product which they dont have in stock , so delivery got delayed but overall good experience. also thay whack me with 2 % paypal fee on top of my advertised price . but again overall am satisfied with their service . happy thank u DWI

Good store, terrible courier
DWI as a store was nothing but a great shopping experience. However, the courier used (DHL) was terrible. I ordered a mobile phone from DWI and opted to use the faster shipping option. Needless to say, it took a lot longer to get here than it should have.
I'll definitely shop with DWI again, although I wish they would change couriers. Won't be bothering with the quicker shipping though.
