Originally ordered a Sanyo Eneloop AA and charger set after seeing their deal on ozbargain. Website was clean and it was easy to register and purchase the product. Payment was through paypal and the order confirmation, and shipment confirmations came through promptly.
After waiting for 2 weeks however, the package didn't arrive. After contacting them querying the whereabouts of the package, the owners of the store were more than happy to accept that the package went missing in the post and expressed posted the same product without any dispute.
