the package came as described on the catalogue and came on the right time as stated on the shipping time. what I don't understand was about the payment surcharge that I have to pay on top of the advertised price.

The product is great. It did turn out they had to order it from Hong Kong so didn't get it in the time frame provided. Otherwise they offer good value for money.
