Returning Costomer
I have now purchased several items from DWI over the last year or so and have been very happy with there services and products. My latest item was a Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 which I'm loving and writing this review with.
The only small issue I have is the generic power plug they supply with there products. If a country specific one was provided they would be five stars. Very happy other wise and would highly recommend giving them a go.

Generally good experience
Was generally happy with my shopping experience with DWI, except that the bits (props and landing gear) that came up as free in my cart did not come up as free when I actually paid for it. Then to add insult to injury, the next week you guys were offering a free second battery with the phantom 2. Made me feel ripped off. Other than that I was happy.

Not new product
Thinking that new is new i bought this product. Well straight out of the box the item was scratced. Then complaining, i got fobbed off. 2 phones ive bought from your store, 2 dud ones. Never again as now your competitors will get my business.

Good store, terrible courier
DWI as a store was nothing but a great shopping experience. However, the courier used (DHL) was terrible. I ordered a mobile phone from DWI and opted to use the faster shipping option. Needless to say, it took a lot longer to get here than it should have.
I'll definitely shop with DWI again, although I wish they would change couriers. Won't be bothering with the quicker shipping though.

Blindingly fast delivery
Ordered on Friday arrived...to my surprise on Monday, great service with the exact goods in excellent condition and very well packed. It was a Rokinon lense and DWI also had the best pric. I will certainly use DWI as my 1st option when shopping for camera gear

Delivery times were as described. Had concerns with the billing but this was sorted relatively promptly. Like the 14 day return guarantee.
Products were reasonably priced/definitely a site to have a look at. Think they may ship from hong kong, but that shouldn't affect things. Good to have it "australian" based still.
