I received the Tab though late as we were informed after placing the order that the product is out of stock.
The box said not to accept goods if seal is broken and the seal was broken on our box but I believe it would have been broken to put the Australian adapter in the box. We didn't wanted to go through the hassel of getting it replaced so we kept it with us.
This was my third order from eGlobal. Like the previous two my item arrived on schedule and very well packed. All good :) I got a good price on the item I bought saving about 25%.

The item was sold out and paid for 3 day shipping (insured) but taking awhile to receive the package
It should say on the website if the item is sold out or at least let the customer know before buying the item. Because its a waste of time to wait for a week or so to receive the item when you really need it. But I must say good communication with Eglobal. You guy did your best to do everything you could.

Order was processed same day, received updates at each stage and received phone in 2 business days (gold coast). Price was cheapest online. Would definitely shop here again.

Disappointed by item being sold out, but pleasantly quick refund time
Ordered a bluetooth speaker unit from eGlobal at what seemed to be a special clearance price (the newer version must have been released). shipping was an extra charge on top (not sure if it varies according to product)
excitedly, my order was confirmed and marked as "dispatching soon" the same day.
the next day, i received a (disappointing) email stating that my order had been refunded due to my item being sold out due to high demand, and a refund was processed with a priority status.
a mixed bag of emotions as i was looking forward to my speakers, however, as the refund was quick and efficient, i cant fault eglobal on their service and can only blame myself for being too slow on a good deal
moral of the story, be quicker next time!
