I purchased a Zoom H4N Sound Recorder. Excellent & prompt service. The goods arrived from the eastern states to WA on time and it was very well package. Best prices in Australia, otherwise the next alternative is China and that can take weeks and can be a bit risky.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product, and they changed it over no fuss. Was the cheapest option and very happy I went with them. They did say postage would be 3-5 days, and it was a bit over a week but just so happy that they were so quick and efficient with my swap of products.

I was promised a 3-5 day delivery time and this ended up being almost two weeks. I was told after 2 days that the item was out of stock and i would have to wait longer. They assured me it would be delivered by the end of the week however this was not the case.
