eGlobaL offers a huge range of digital cameras, camcorder, video camera, digital SLR camera, lenses, compact camera at competitive prices. Shipped to Australia wide and fast delivery.
I have only one problem with eGlobal. The cameras and lenses I have bought from them have all been faultless and the delivery prompt.
However, the insured express postage that I thought I paid AUD90.00 for appeared to be only $40. on the parcel that arrived.
The invoice accompanying the parcel showed the postage at $40. but the prices of the camera and lens had increased to make up the difference, so that the overall amount that I had agreed to pay was the same.
eGlobal's reply to my request to pass the savings on postage on to me said they use 2 different accounting systems and the invoice showed only part of the postage charge.
The cynical me thinks they advertise lower prices and artificially inflate postage to gain an advantage over online rivals.
Whatever, the bottom line was the same. I just can't help feeling I've been duped.
Good communication. Cheap and good quality product. Great warranty.Shipping was slightly delayed but my overall experience was good. I am very pleased with this website and I will definitely use it in the future.
Would definitely shop from this place again. At first to be honest I was skeptical specially because theres no proper contact number and also for things like we HAVE to include our landline number, etc.
But soon after I chatted with one of the representatives and they replied immediately and assured me of my delivery. It came within 4 days. So yes definitely reliable.

Jbl charge 2 portable speaker
Not the quickest delivery, courier did not ring prior before delivery as advised on special delivery instructions section, but item when collected was as described, reasonably priced, didn't come with correct charging plug, instead came either Europe plug and aftermarket adapter, but this is not a major issue and overall happy with the received item.

Delayed delivery due to having no stock
eGlobal was out of stock on the phone I ordered but I didn't receive any notification of that. Even there website didn't reflect they were out of stock it just said there was no order found. Having said that, once I sent a query they responded quickly advising me of the out of stock issue and once it was on it's way it arrived very quickly. My son is very happy with his new phone and I would buy from this company again.
