I ordered a Tojiro deba knife when it was on sale. It took $7.9 and 6 days in shipping.However, what I got was not at all the thing I ordered. So I returned it. All you need to do is to ship it back and they will reimburse you the shipping cost and process your refund after they got it.
I purchased an ice block mold from Everten as they seemed to have the best price for the item I was after.
I took my time placing the order and was happy to discover that my procrastination lead me to finally order during a free shipping promotion, which I considered to be a big score.
I was kept updated on the order and postage process and was sent a tracking number once the item had been sent. It took the parcel almost two weeks from ordering to arrive in WA, which was a little longer than I expected, but not their fault. The item was well packaged and protected during transit.
I was happy with this purchase and would happily buy from Everten again in future.
Worst shopping experience ever. Customer service is disgusting, a mistake has happened with address tried to explain, but they don't care soo I'm being charged for fees of delivery which I never received then fees for postal back to them, soo companies like this have no problem stealing from the little people, soo disgusted,customer is always right! Didn't exist anymore
I wanted to buy a Le Creuset cutlery container (ceramic, beautiful, cheery yellow for our dark kitchen). So I looked around and Everten had the best price including free delivery!
