We regularly order Pampers nappies from this store. Sometimes they do not have the size we want in stock, but will email us when they do. Shipping takes anywhere between a day and a week, and is free for orders above $75. Their prices are not much cheaper compared to other stores, but they have quite a large variety, and are also the only place we can order Pampers in Melbourne.
My little bub gets rush from using Huggies, heard that Pampers are good and the style fits well for boys. The website is the only Australian site I could find for Pampers, surprisingly I also found some Japanese nappies (Merries).
Price was not exactly the best (well, there are no other domestic website that sells Pampers, guess they have sort of a Monopoly. Merries are the same price I could get from BoxHill).
Shipping was good, delivered in a nice wrapped box within 2 business days. Overall - satisfying experience. Wish it could have been a cheaper price though.
Hi Piggy,
Would you be so kind and let me know from where I can get the Merries from BoxHill?
You can get it in the Centro shopping centre (where Coles is). From memory, I think the shop is called Honey Baby. I am now also buying Merris and Goon from another online store. Check out "BestNappies".
I always purchase Johnson's baby wipes from Go Toddler as they always have such great prices, shipping is free with orders over $75 and the staff are very helpful. I received my order in 4 working days after placing the purchase!
The convenience of purchasing nappies in bulk, to your door, can't be beat. I purchased two multi buy packs of Huggies Crawler Girl Nappies, and a 10 box carton of Wotnot Organic Wipes. Due to the amount I purchase I also get free shipping.
Pricing could be a little more competitive (they are the same price as the supermarket), but for convenience, I'll take it.
Items are always shipped on the same day, and I receive them the day after.
Appalling customer service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Placed an online order for some discounted bulk nappies & baby food two days ago - hadn't ordered there before. When I filled out my address and postcode the site automatically selected free delivery because I was over the minimum spend threshold. All good. Then the following day I had an email from the company asking me to pay $20 postage via PayPal and telling me I shouldn't have selected free delivery because I didn't live in the right area. Note that it was their website which automatically selected free delivery for me - I didn't choose it. I've emailed back and refused to pay postage because their website coding is not my problem and asked them to honour the order. They refused and told me to either pay postage or cancel the order. After going back and forth and getting nowhere I've lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. When I told GoToddler they cancelled my order and sent me a refund, refused to accept that they were in any way to blame and suggested that of their 130,000 orders in 8 years I was the only complaint ever.
