I was looking for a Philips pasta machine around for a while. Just before Xmas, Harvey Norman had it on sale $30 cheaper than other retailers plus another$30 cash back from Philips. I order it in the morning and received emails to confirm my order straight away.
My order was available for pickup the same day of purchase. I received both an email and phone call from the store I chose to collect.
Pickup was an easy process and only required my ID.
My only complaint wound be there wasn't any signs or instructions of where to go for "Click and Collect" so I waited at the collection counter for electronic goods only to be told to go to check-out.
