Printed some photos for passport. Quality is fine, service is good pricing is awesome when they are having promotion but shipping is a little slow when you print small quantities.

I ordered my photo canvas online. I uploaded the photo. I paid for it online and then i picked it up at my local store. I liked the service and fact that I didnt need to wait in line.

Recently had quiet a lot of photos to get printed, uploaded and ordered photos online, which was very easy and fast. Received the delivery without any problems in a few days - was well worth it.

Great customer service
my review is particularly for Harvey Norman's photo centre, so last month I decided to print my photos online and apparently they had 15 free photos for new members!
for their photo uploading system itself, I would say it's pretty bad, it's slow and inconvenient, there are around 5 photos that I wanted to print but it got distorted as a result of poor photo upload
so I requested them to print around 20 photos then chose the closest harvey norman branch around my place for pick up.
as I don't have a car and that harvey norman doesn't really have access to public transport, I could not get there easily, so as time goes the photos are finally ready to pick up, and they tried to call me to pick up those photos, but I did not pick up the phone, and a week after they tried to call me to pick up the photos but still I did not pick up the phone.
After roughly 20 days after the second call, they decided to call me once again, and I finally picked up the phone and they told me to pick up the photos I've requested online, and as those 5 photos cost me less than a dollar their service were really really good! I believe the cost or effort to call me is worth more than a dollar!
In the end, I finally picked up those photos and would definitely print my photos again at Harvey Norman!
