I was looking for a chisel for my weekend DIY project. After browsing both Bunnings and Masters website, buy a set of chisels from Masters because Masters has suite a range of products and allow me to buy online and collect in store. Save me lots of time to search from one aisle to another. Place order early this morning and item is ready for pick up in the afternoon. Notified via SMS and email.

Saw a great price in their online catalogue for some small furniture items I needed, but do not have a Masters store in our area, so checked with a friend whether they'd be able to collect for me, then ordered for click and collect on their website.
Ordering process was straightforward, and I received both a text message and email later that morning to advise that the item was ready for collection.
An added advantage was that I was able to use my Everyday Rewards number to gain frequent flyer points.

Great price speedy delivery
On the 07/06/2013 i ordered '1 x Yippee Frog Flowers Garden Stake' from Masters and on 09/06/2013 i received notification that my order would be delivered within 24hrs and sure enough my order arrived today (10/06/2013),so ordered Friday delivered Monday,very impressive.
Shipping was free as i ordered during a free shipping promotion.

Masters Review
This is the first time I have purchased from Masters. I did the Click and Collect, the online part was easy, but the collect was a bit more difficult as the staff had no clue who I was and was items I had purchased, I did have the order conformation on me as well. Price was better than anywhere else. I will shop here again. Hopefully next time they will be better.

Terrible service from manager
We bought $7500 worth of flooring, and paid $300 delivery. We were assured by staff and the delivery service that we would be called 30 minutes prior to delivery. This didn't happen, and they came at a time widely different from the agreed time. The delivery service forklift driver then damaged 16 boxes of flooring, tearing through the cardboard and wood with carelessness. They then just left all of the damaged flooring there and drive off. We arrived home to find it in this state and called Masters. We were then informed by an apathetic store manager that they would not pick up and replace the damaged goods for at least a week and there was nothing she was willing do to mitigate the inconvenience. We were then forced to borrow a trailer and cart 16 boxes of heavy flooring back to the store for replacement, as the installer was due within the week. The store manager was not at the store when we arrived. We were served by another team member who advised us we would get a call from the manager the following day regarding refund of the delivery fee. We provided photos of the damage and multiple modes of contact. This didn't happen. We visited the store two weeks later to follow up. Again the manager was not in but promises of contact were made. To this day we have yet to hear from the store manager.
