I have bought probably 5 times from this website. The last order about a year ago which were some Oobi kids clothes. They are usually quite expensive but they had them for real cheap here. shipping is up to 3 weeks from sale end date. I don't mind waiting up to 3 weeks as items so far have arrived in perfect, new condition and very well packaged. I haven't had to return anything yet but I think you can via a prepaid number. I did have to cancel one order online before it was dispatched and that was quite simple. I just emailed them and requested to cancel as chose wrong item. They emailed back within 2 days and said that's fine and cancelled. would shop there again.
I ordered some Everlast clothing on 27/1/13, competitive prices, although shipping was expensive compared to other similar sites.
Order was delivered on 7/2/13 - good communication at all stages of order, including automatic tracking number advice. Would consider again but only for a large to order to justify the shipping costs.
Products were cheap and occasionally features well-known brands. Ensure you always check the sizing charts as some brands vary when compared to Australian sizes.
Shipping time was a little delayed but arrived just in time before the recipients birthday. The b'day boy was delighted with the gift.
I have referred this site to friends and they're happy with it.
Bargain purchases, if you're willing to wait around a month
I love trawling Brand Exclusive - it is a discount online store selling off mostly brand-name items at hugely marked down prices. Sometimes coz the products are end of line, last season, samples, or maybe even excess stock? I once bought some Croc shoes that hadn't even hit the retail shop shelves and wouldn't for another 3 months. This time my purchase was placed on the 8th of April, and the estimated shipping date is the 1st May, but I received the delivery on the 24th April. A week prior to delivery I received an email advising that I'd been credited the price of an item because they oversold - this has been happening often of late (last 12 months). I wasn't too bothered because honestly, I'd waited so long for the product I'd lost interest in what I'd purchased. The credit came through immediately via Paypal. The products do come well packed with cushioning and it is always the genuine product. But like the title of my review states, you need to be willing to part with your money and wait around a month for the goods.
I have bought from the Brands Exclusive website a few times now. For various items: sports shoes, leather handbag, costume jewelery as well as this order which was for an umbrella.
The website offers branded items at reduced prices, but the shipping is fixed at $9.90 which means sometimes it's not worth the saving (if it's a really low priced item). This time it was worth it though, as the umbrella was a crazy cute polka dot number which was the perfect gift for a friend.
Shipping, as others have mentioned prior to me, takes ages. It's a bit annoying so I have given that aspect 3 stars. They do warn you about this on the website however prior to purchase.

I spotted a nice pair of red Verali heels, I purchased this for $44.99 plus shipping fee of $9.90. I though this was a very reasonable price for the Verali brand and that I did not have to personally go out to the shops to search for a pair of heels this cheap.

The Item received was as described on the website, I was very happy that it fit well, that the size chart was reliable, there was no issues or faults with the item.
It was also wrapped and packaged nicely with no damages, so I didnt mind the long postage wait after all.
I have purchased many items from this store. Most items have been great. Very easy to deal with for refunds. I love that you can can phone for help and it is not an overseas call centre. The negatives postage/shipping is very very slow. They have also changed the way you pay for your purchases and it can be a bit expensive.
