I have found replies to any contact I have sent very slow. For the first time, I have sent an item back & 8 days after them receiving it (as per the tracking receipt), I am still waiting for a credit.
I am purchasing in New Zealand & as they have no drop-off here it makes it too expensive by way of postage if you have to return an item. For that reason I would not recommend them for NZ customers.
I ordered a waffle blanket and they sent me a dirty one. I was not impressed and would not recommend them The suppler should have checked the quality before dispatching.
The purchased items never arrived, although the tracking showed it was with the delivery courier after 5 weeks of sale end. This was my 1st reluctant purchase; the wait time to receive the goods you've paid for is way too long. I will never purchase anything from here again. Waste of time and unnecessary stress to save a few bucks. I'm giving it 1 star for service as refund wasn't a hassle.
I ordered some jewellery from brands exclusive. When I checked the next day there was no order in the history but my credit card has been charged for the amount by the company called Ariel jewellery and not brands exclusive . There is no contact number to speak with customer service . I have no idea how to resolve this as they haven't even provided me with an order number either. Should I contact fair trading
I love the variety available on Brands Exclusive and some of the sales are really great value. I bought some girls tights for $4.99, bras for $9.99 and swimmers for $24.99, all of which would've cost three times more in store. With a flat shipping rate of $9.90 it is worth looking through all the sales available to get the best out of the shipping.
The down side is that it took 20 days for an email to arrive to say that my order had been shipped and another week for it to actually arrive... so a whole month of waiting patiently!
I have not had to return anything I have bought so far, which attest to the quality of the goods and service.
I placed my first order with Brands Exclusive for some earrings. I live in an area where there aren't lots of jewellery stores. I appreciated being able to find some earrings that were a bit unusual in their design.
I received email notification on 20 January that my order had been sent via eParcel with a tracking number, and my order arrived promptly. My order was wrapped well and it was in good condition.
