I ordered an ACNE dress from Net- a -Porter as I had seen the same in a different colour and size in the ACNE Sydney store so it was strong a possibility that I would want to return the dress if it didnt fit .It didnt so yes I did need to return it. Besides the dress arriving perfectly packaged with all DHL return paperwork there should I need it, returning was just as easy with a phone call to DHL and the paperwork done it was picked up. Credit to my account was not too long after the anticipated return time. All good. All easy. And return delivery ,since I did it within the requested time period was free to me. Definitely recommend. They have a fabulous range too.
I purchased a pair of Oscar De La Renta leopard print calf hair loafers on sale for 275 pounds (from 392 pounds) plus 20 pounds for express shipping which was just over AU$450 all up.
It was delivered by DHL, I received it in 4 days. Perfectly packaged as you would expect from Net a Porter. I even received a text 2 days prior to arrival to inform me when the product was due to arrive.
The site does not show you the conversion rate which can be annoying as I had to use another window to find out how much I was really paying. There was also no alternative to the shipping cost but then again after paying a few hundred pounds you'd be willing to pay the extra 20 to get the product in that time frame.
