I ordered a shoe rack from Ozsale in July and shipping takes more than 5 weeks (I live in melbourne metro area by the way). One thing I really do not like about this site is you can only order one thing at a time and if you want to order a second item, you have to pay two shipping fee.
Ozsale had a Pumpkin Patch sale and I was able to purchase 7 items of kids clothes and accessories for $55 and postage was free too! Postage is never free with Ozsale but I think they offered it for the Pumpkin Patch sale as the PP usually offer free postage on their online shop. Dispatched 2 weeks later and items arrived in perfect condition each in their own plastic bags. very happy with this purchase.
I have purchased from this site on the rare occasion when they offer free shipping (otherwise its $9 - no flat shipping rate) and the shipping always takes more than a month to get to me. I ordered some whiskey stones a month ago and I still have no sign of it. I talked to them about my shipping as it says my product is 'despatched' and had a tracking number but when I looked it up, it says it was invalid on the australianpost site. The price and products are always favourable but the shipping time is just atrocious.
I purchased Nicole Navy White Sports shirt and Anna Navy White tennis skirt with a special of free shipping. Last time I purchased from here, the shipping took more than two months. This time, the shipping took around 2 weeks. The clothes fitted nicely. I was very pleased with this experience.
I purchased 2 items from a sale: a cocktail dress and a cardigan for my partner. The order was dispatched within the period (2 weeks) mentioned when I made the order. But when we received the package she was disappointed to see that they had sent her the wrong dress! I immediately requested a return and they took the return. As OzSale had made a mistake, I didn't have to pay the return package. Within 10 days, I received a confirmation email that they had received the dress and would be refunding my account. They did refund me within 48 hours, without the need to chase them. However it would have been better if the order had been filled correctly.
I ordered a gift for my wife through OzSale, and was very much happy with their service and delivered as promised. The Parcel was well packed and i was also provided tracking id and email notification when the goods were dispatched.
