I ordered some personalised labels from this site and unfortunately the first lot didn't turn up. I contacted them just under two week from when I ordered it and advised them of this. They got back to me straight away and said they had been shipped and asked if I'd wait another week in case they were just delayed by Aus Post. A wonderful lady who worked there emailed me every couple of days throughout that week to check if it had arrived yet (often these emails were sent out of business hours too which was impressive). Alas, a week past and they didn't arrive, so she straight away re-sent me some new labels and they arrived within three days (did it off her own bat and I didn't need to demand it). Aus Post I believe was to blame for this one, and I was ridiculously impressed by the professionalism and customer service this site offered. Would without a doubt shop there again!
