I purchased 2 pairs of sandals at more than 50% off. This was in their summer clearance sale. As both pairs were less than $100 I had to pay shipping of $10. I received my order in 5 business days. Website easy to use, all in all a very smooth transaction. No refunds allowed on sale items, only exchange or credit notes.
Purchased some suede heels at 50% off recently. Good price - $50 plus $10 shipping. Shipping used to be free but not anymore! Only free for orders over $100. still good value and can exchange in store if size is not right. happy with service and quality of shoes.
Bought 2 pairs of heels from Nine West during an awesome 40% off sale and received automated order confirmation straight away and a notice they had been shipped 2 days later. When I received the package about 2 days later (took less than a week between placing the order and receiving the item) only 1 pair of shoes was in it. I contacted customer service to see where my 2nd pair was and received a reply telling me that the 2nd pair had sold out. It would have been nice if they had taken initiative to contact me about the shoes being unavailable rather than me chasing them up about it. Overall Nine West shoes are high quality and really comfortable. Their everyday prices are on the expensive side but their sales are great.
Purchased a pair of sandals originally $100 reduced to $41! Super cheap. Trick is to wait under the shoes are heavily discounted by signing up for their email alerts. Overall good service from NW. Dispatched 1 business day after I place my order and received 3 business days later. Shoe box was a bit squashed but shoes in perfect, new condition. Great online store for good quality shoes.
The shipping time is good, got the notification that the order dispatch after 2 days (28/12), even in holiday season. However, one item in my order is out of stock, and they ship the order without notify me. When i check my credit card transaction, they charge me 2 times. The first one is the original order (2 items), the second is the order with 1 item. When i email them asking about that, they just say 1 of the item is out of stock. Then i received a refund of the first order few days after that. Anyway, not happy with the customer service. They should ask me if i want to continue the order with just 1 bag or not.
bought 2 pairs of shoes from their online store as the sales started before xmas this year. they had a 30% off sale. ordered on 21st dec and received order on 31st dec. good, prompt delivery considering the public holidays in between. very happy with packaging (in shoe boxes and bag) and great quality shoes. good idea to sign up for their emails so you know when the sales or special offers start.
