Purchased Aestivo Outdoors 4 Piece Outdoor Setting , just before christmas, had some friends round to show new furniture and the two seater collapsed, shards of wood exposed, luckily no one was injured, the span across the front was a narrow strip of food that obviously could not take any weight. I reported this to OO, and to paypal, OO said before they could do anything they had to have the furniture back and i had to repack it, couldn't do that cause it was erected and bollocks if I was going to take it apart and repack as the boxes had gone. They arranged collection after i pack it in bin bags, then i had to wait for them to inspect and decide if a refund was warranted, I received it today almost a month after the embarrassment , no apology, no compensation, nothing. I wrote this to warn others about the furniture they provide, it is cheap for a reason, it is not well made. Customer care and service is poor. I am only grateful that my friends were not injured because of they had been it would be a whole new story
During a promotional period, OO was offering 20% off Sony products. Being familiar with Sony headphones and liking their sound signature, i decided to purchase a pair of their bluetooth headphones, with Extra Bass, with an integrated Mic for calls.
Pricing, compared to what was on the market was very good (probably at least $50 cheaper than the next closest competitor).
Delivery within metro areas is cheaper, and was a reasonable $8. Another great cause is the fact that if you round your purchase to the nearest dollar, OO will match it and donate it to the Childrens Hospital Foundations Australia.
Delivery was a super quick 3 days and the headphones, so far, are highly recommended and rated. Only for those who like the extra "doof"

I was shopping for a cheap turntable for a christmas present and found one on oo.com.au. The package came in time for christmas and was marked fragile all around. Everything was intact and the quality is great.

As part of a free shipping promotion, ordered a couple of Canningvale bath sheets.
Canningvale is a highly regarded brand, producing quality towels and sheets and the helpful onsite customers reviews encouraged me to complete the purchase.
Another great reason to purchase from OO, is the fact that they allow you to round your purchase to the nearest dollar, and they will match the amount you contribute to a charity (i forget the charity which they support)
I received an order confirmation email on the day of my order, with my item being shipped the next day. My trackable item then arrived the following day.
Very quick shipping times and great to be kept up to date with the progress of my delivery.
I like the fact that they have feedback/reviews of (some) products, which allow me to make a more informed purchase. Supporting charity with your purchases is another great reason and incentive to buy from them.

Safe your time and avoid frustration with this company. I ordered set of speakers and paid with PayPal. Goods supposed to be sent and they provided tracking number. Two weeks later nothing arrived. The customer service didn't bother to give me any sensible answer and did't want to refund my money. All their positive claims on the website about return and refund are bunch of lies. I spent hours pursuing them without any results. Finally PayPal refund my money. I will newer reccomend oo.com.au to anybody!
Purchased a six pack of Wynns Shiraz on 19th of May. oo claimed to have sent the item to a random news agency ? Weird, still no sign of the goods, several attempts to resolve and to no prevail. No item , no refund , no service. What a joke, my opinion is avoid at all costs.
Recently I purchased a very small camera from oo.com.au & the item was delivered to a newsagent out of my area three suburbs away,instead of locally in which there is three newsagents in three adjoining suburbs that it could have been dropped off at without inconvenience to the driver or myself.
To find out why this happened and avoid having further future deliveries to who knows where, I had to make numerous emails and lengthy phone calls to their "Customer Service", in which they claimed no record of the emails even though I provided confirmation numbers,my matter was ignored & two calls in which I was cut off.
Their attitude was arrogant & inconsiderate.
Why pay a courier if it can't be delivered & you have to drive through three suburbs to pick it up? What happened to customer service?
