Store carries an excellent range of high performance and hard to find parts. Staff were very helpful over the phone, willing to order in parts not in stock. Prices are decent but not amazing, but you save time due to the huge range from one store
Ordered a Razer Carcharias Professional PC Gaming Headset from PC Case Gear, and was notified that the order could be collected in store the very next day.
Must be noted that you cannot pay by cash when picking up in store, and that only EFTPOS, credit card or money order is acceptable. The store is now located in Mulgrave.
Service is excellent, and they offer very specialised computer parts often not found in other stores, as their product range are geared towards those who like to overclock their computer systems.
If you need a difficult to obtain computer part, let them know what new product you want to get in, as chances are they can fulfil your request, and their ETA on new product arrivals are usually spot on.

I've used PC Case Gear a number of times to buy computer equipment. My last order was for a Western Digital Red 3TB hard drive (HD). They offered the cheapest price I could find in Australia for this HD. The item arrived within about 3 business days well packed. I've had warranty issues with items I've purchased from them in the past and they've also been very quick to send replacements. Top service.
Bought a Sapphire HD7950 GPU from here and to be honest I was extremely impressed. Ordered on Friday and arrived in the mail on Tuesday. Very good! Extremely professionally packaged as well. Shipping was slightly on the pricey side but for the great packaging it was worth it.
