I found the website easy to use, the search function works well, bringing up a list of results. You can also get same day delivery which is great for last minute gift ideas. Pricing is competitive as well so you always know you got a good deal.
Needed some Somerton Chardonnay in a hurry so Dan Murphy's to the rescue! I placed my order via their "Click and Collect" service online for collection from my nominated store (I chose a different one this time) and received email confirmation and tax invoice almost immediately. Dan Murphy allow up to two hours for orders to be ready for collection but I received email notification within only one hour that my order was ready. And when I went to the store an hour later, there it was!
Dan Murphy's "Click and Collect" service continues to satisfy. On Sunday November 24 I placed my online order for Vasse Felix Chardonnay and Somerton Chardonnay for collection from my nominated store the following day. I received confirmation of my order and a tax invoice very soon afterwards and a couple of hours later I received advice that my order was ready to collect. Sure enough, my order was ready and waiting for me on the Monday! And the prices were excellent.
In addition to my regular "Click and Collect" Somerton Chardonnay order, this time I added a case of Oettinger beer. The prices were sooooo low! I placed the order on October 18 and immediately received confirmation. A tax invoice followed and, about an hour and a half later, advice that my order was ready to be collected from my nominated Dan Murphys store. Easy, convenient, inexpensive.
I placed a "Click and Collect" order for more Somerton Chardonnay on September 30. As usual, I received, by email, confirmation of my order, a Tax Invoice and, within the standard two hours, advice that my order was ready to collect.
I used a different Dan Murphys' store this time and, as with every one of their stores that I've used, found the staff helpful and friendly when I collected my order.
On September 3 I ordered 18 bottles of Somerton Chardonnay at $4.69 per bottle. Great value!

I couldn't get to my usual "click and collect" store so, on Saturday July 27, I ordered 12 Somerton Chardonnay from a different store for pick up on the Monday (July 29). As usual, I received instant confirmation of my order by email followed by a "paid" invoice. Then, a few hours later, came confirmation that my order was ready to be picked up on the Monday as I had requested. Walked into the store, showed ID and walked out with my wine without having to queue up. Great system! Oh, and the dozen bottles cost me $56.28! How good is that?!
