I shopped at the Ark because I found a dress on the site that had sold out elsewhere.
The shipping was super expensive to Australia, but the service was quick and fantastic.
I guess the Ark's key demographic is probably not Australian users, and it would be mean-spirited to rate them down too much when I was so desperate to have the dress!
If you're in the UK, I would recommend them - their range and service is great.
