Ordered a quadcopter and spare battery. Flying gadgets are always fun, and i thought it would be good to buy one and see what the fuss was all about.
As usual, delivery was free as part of the order. I received my order confirmation the same day, with my item being marked as shipped 5 days later. The quadcopter arrived around under 4 weeks later, which is quite typical (but acceptable) in my experience.
The quad is good fun, although short lived (5-8 min of flying time), so the spare battery was definitely a wise investment.
This has got me hooked enough and will make me look to see what to get as the next upgrade. Possibly through Tmart again!
I purchased a car mobile phone mount few months ago.
Although the shipping itself is quite slow (took a month for me), the service is great.
When T-Mart shipped my order for the first time, I was away for an overseas trip for a month, so back then I did not have any chance to go to post office and take my item, apparently when I had the chance to the item has been returned back to Tmart.
So I talked to their customer service representative to ask about this. Initially, they wanted to give me a store credit, but I was unhappy about that and requested them to send me the same thing instead. After a while, the CSR finally agreed to do so, and the item has just arrived few days ago and I'm pretty happy with the quality!

Ordered a wrist guard/wrist protector to help alleviate the stress i am placing on my wrist while working at a computer.
As with all Tmart orders, shipping was free. My item was marked as shipped on the same day, to arrive in just over 3 weeks.
The wristguard works as advertised, so no issues with it. If i was to purchase another one, perhaps i would consider a thicker padding for the extra comfort and support.
One cable to charge them all. Good price, average delivery time.
Due to having so many gadgets and devices that needed different cables to charge, i decided to buy a 2 in 1 cable that had a lightning connector tip which could be removed, revealing a microUSB tip underneath.
This way, i could carry one cable, capable of charging different devices. in my mind, quite convenient.
My item was marked as shipped 9 days after my payment, to arrive after another 2 weeks. So overall, just over 3 weeks for my item to arrive. Not the best shipping times I've experienced before, but still within my 1 month expectation.
As for the cable itself, it works as advertised, to a degree. It is able to charge my iPad (lightning connector) and my smartphone (microUSB) but only on "slow charge". But for the price and the convenience of only needing to carry one cable to charge the majority of my devices, I'm OK with longer charging times.
Will continue to buy from Tmart, just hoping their shipping standards dont drop.
Item never delivered, Refund process lengthy and difficult
Attempted to order a remote control helicopter
Didnt receive my item after 4 weeks, so i sent an enquiry email as to the status of my order.
I was asked to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery and provided a tracking number (which, even after 4 weeks, had not been registered and thus was untrackable).
Despite this, i still waited the 2 weeks as requested, and my item still hadnt arrived. So i contacted them again notifying them that i still hadnt received my item.
Numerous back and forth emails ensued, offering me store credit, with no interest of a refund. After 2 months, they finally stopped trying to offer store credit and agreed to a refund. Hopefully i get it as promised.
My first (i think) bad experience with Tmart and quite frustrating.
Based on past purchase satisfaction with them, I'll be buying from them again, but would just recommend to be careful and persistent with items not delivered and demanding a refund.

The order was marked as shipped the same day as i made the payment, which is typical of the service you get from Tmart (ie good)
The item actually took just under a month to arrive, which is unusual (not so good) =)
I emailed them to query about my product, and was told to please allow 45 days for the item to arrive. If it didnt arrive in that time, i was to contact them back. Luckily i didnt have to wait that long
A reply to my enquiry took a few days (but I'm sure they are dealing with many enquiries), so dont expect an immediate response.
This order took a little longer than items that i've ordered before, so i guess that has set my expectations for items ordered from Tmart. But they were responsive to my queries and i generally feel that a month is acceptable (I'm probably just impatient)
Hopefully the charger works as advertised, as i havent had the need to truly test it out yet
No problems with making a repeat purchase from Tmart, but perhaps next time, i wont anticipate a quick (2 week) delivery for purchases
